Flotilla 73 serves the boating public in Portland Oregon area.  Our mission is to promote safe boating by teaching boating safety classes, conducting vessel safety checks and by patrolling the waters in the metro area.  About Flotilla 73 

Oregon moving to E-10 gasoline.  By the fall of 2008, Oregon will join a list of other states with legislation to reduce carbon emissions from automobiles and boats, using E10 (10 percent ethanol additive) in gasoline.
